Aperol Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Aperol
  • 4 oz (120 ml) GEMELLii Dry Tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange wheel or twist, for garnish

Method

    Fill a wine glass with ice, then pour in 2 oz of Aperol and top with 4 oz of GEMELLii Dry Tonic. Give the drink a gentle stir to marry the bittersweet Aperol with the crisp, dry tonic, then finish by placing an orange wheel or twist on the rim for a burst of citrus aroma. Serve immediately while chilled and effervescent.
